Today we present you a delicious dish for this Christmas: Stewed turkey with dates and dried apricots, accompanied by butter couscous. We have presented it in small individual portions to serve as a cocktail type, if you want to serve it that way, or in larger portion plates as a main dish.

It is really delicious, I assure you. The sauce is sweet and tasty, the meat is very tender and juicy and the butter flavored couscous gives it a great touch to accompany it.

As vegetables for the stew we have used horseback, but you can change it if you prefer for zucchini or carrot, whatever you have more on hand or whatever you like the most.

And one of the great advantages of this dish, without a doubt, is that you can leave everything prepared everything everything in advance. So you just have to heat it up and voila, these days you spend many hours in the kitchen and you end up not enjoying cooking, and it's a shame!
