What do you think of the dinner that we have prepared at home this weekend? Yes gentlemen, a delicious homemade pizza: Super thin bacon, ham and cheese pizza. Well, you can imagine the little ones how they are going to like it ... but not only eat it but also prepare it all together !! It is a good way to entertain the children at home and to spend some time together teaching them to cook… I assure you that afterwards they enjoy eating the pizza they have prepared twice as much?

In this case, we have used the most basic ingredients you can imagine: ham, bacon and cheese. But if they are good ingredients ... and a good tomato sauce ... I assure you that we do not need more.

To simplify it, we have used the pizza flour that they already sell prepared with the yeast included. But if you want to make it with the flour and baker's yeast I leave you here the homemade pizza dough recipe.

Super thin and crispy bacon, ham and cheese pizza. A quick and simple recipe, but delicious for a delicious dinner with friends.

Ingredients

Mass:

  • 250 g of pizza flour (already includes yeast)
  • 125 g of water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of garlic powder

Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 6 very thin bacon slices
  • 6 very thin slices of ham
  • 1 ball of mozzarella very well drained and dry cut into thin slices
  • Mix of grated cheeses to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste

Preparation

  1. We put the water and oil in the glass and heat 1 minute, temperature 37º, spoon speed.

  2. Add the flour, salt and garlic powder and program 3 minutes, spike speed.

  3. We carefully remove the dough and finish shaping it with our hands.

  4. We let it rest in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. Better if it is an hour. One trick is to turn the oven on for 1 minute and turn it off. We can keep the dough in the oven off, which will have already reached a temperature of 37º-40º.

  5. We preheat the oven to 230º-250º.

  6. When the dough has doubled in volume, we divide the dough into two parts. We stretch our pizzas so that they are very thin and we fill them with a layer of fried tomato, the mozzarella well distributed, the bacon and the ham.

  7. Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste and finish with a sprinkle of grated cheese on top.

  8. We bake each pizza for about 8 minutes, or until golden on top.

    Could this same recipe be made with normal flour and 15g of fresh yeast?
