Tangerine sponge cake for children

Tangerine_cake

Those of you who follow Thermorecetas you already know that I love biscuits and, above all, those that are made with natural fruit. It's a great way to do without the Industrial bakery and also have fruit. So after the success of the Banana cake, I thought you would like to try this delicious recipe from Tangerine cake.

It is great as a snack and breakfast, accompanied by a good coffee, tea or a glass of milk.

It is particularly juicy and keeps great in the fridge for 5 days tightly closed.

Also, in this case, we have used tangerines to say goodbye to the season because it is a fruit that during a good part of the year you can find it in any supermarket or greengrocer at a very good price.

It is great and also comes out so fluffy !!!. I use lactose-free heavy cream instead of yogurt and add 190 sugar. It comes out of vice. My kids love it.

Q good looking !!! Do the tangerines get whole? Without peeling anything? Thank you very much!

Hello Blanca, indeed, the mandarins are whole. Wash them well and remove only the tail, and if you see that they have any stains on the skin, you can also remove that piece. A kiss! Thanks for writing to us. 🙂

Hello! I did it yesterday afternoon, and the flavor has not come out well 🙁
It came out a bit sour, I don't know why.

Hello Beatriz, how strange, how was the skin of your tangerines? It must be a thin skin, not one of those thick ones ... And if it was sour, maybe it lacked sugar ... sometimes it is good to taste the fruit before adding it, lest it be so little sweet or even sour and you have to add a little more of sugar ... I'm so sorry! Thanks for writing us 🙂

Hello Gemma, it is a bit approximate, in this case the weight of the tangerines is not very exact either. I think that with 1 or one and a half you have plenty. 🙂 Thank you for writing us !!
