This weekend my sister, who is pregnant with Carlota, and her husband came. From picnic we made this chocolate fondue,

The truth is that it was at the request of my eldest daughter that, ever since she tried it at some friends' house, she is always asking me «when do you make me that snack? fruits and chocolate hot?".

The girls liked it very much, but the older ones no less since the strawberries, peaches, apples and bananas combine perfectly with the chocolate.

A special snack with fruit and chocolate

Ingredients

  • 200 g of liquid cream 35% mg
  • 250 g of chocolate fondant
  • 20 butter g
  • 2 tablespoons of liquor (optional, I don't put it for the girls)
  • fresh fruit, cut and peeled

Preparation

  1. We pour the cream into the glass and program 2 minutes, at 90º temperature and speed 1.

  2. We add the chocolate in pieces and the butter. We program 5 minutes, temperature 37º and speed 3.

  3. We check that the chocolate is completely melted. If not, we program 1 more minute, at the same temperature and speed.

  4. If we want to add liquor, we add it at this time and mix for 10 seconds, at speed 2.

  5. We pour it into the "fondue" and light a candle to keep it warm.

  6. We serve with fresh fruit, peeled and cut, although it is also delicious with cookies, cakes or pasta.

    Yum ... yum ... how I like chocolate and how I like the combination of fruits with melted chocolate….
    What I would give to have this founde for myself right now, because I am well capable of eating it myself.
    Yes selfish ... but chocolate makes the worst of me come out ... I don't remember anyone ,, hehehe

      You are right, it is a magnificent dessert for the little ones and for the not so little ones. It's a great way to eat fruit and if a friend of my daughters comes to my house and I prepare this snack for them, they love it.

      Hello Laura, perfectly, you can keep it up to 4 days in the fridge well covered (airtight jar for example or tupper) so that it does not dry out.
