Biscuit flan

A rich flan, with a delicious flavor of cookies. I think the flavor is even better if it is accompanied by dulce de leche. I do it like that and the truth is that my daughters like it a lot. The candy remains impregnated in the flan and fudge It gives it a delicious flavor and smoothness.

It is very easy and simple to do. I curdled it in the oven, in a water bath, but it can also be done in the microwave and the result is the same.

If we do it in the oven, we can use the aluminum mold, both individual and a 1 liter or 1,5 liter capacity mold.

        The molds can be reused.
