Hello Elena, this cake has turned out very good, because it is very good but presentation zero or at least I did not like it 🙁 it has happened to me the same as to Pilar, the gelatin has been coming out of the mold. The mold is fine and when I close it, it seals perfectly, but I think that when I added the liquid gelatin, it was too liquid and the cream cheese was so curdled that it detached from the mold and the liquid has been straining through that hole.
