Easy Thermomix Recipe Cherry Lemonade

Cherry lemonade is very refreshing and it has such a beautiful color that just looking at it you want to try it. A totally irresistible drink and perfect for hot afternoons.

The original recipe was taught to us in a special Thermomix® summer cooking course. Although I have made some variations: I have put more quantity of cherries and instead of 2 lemons I have used a lemon and an orange.

Thanks to these changes, this drink has an authentic taste of cherries ... a natural soda to fight thirst.

A refreshing drink with all the flavor of cherries.

Easy Thermomix Recipe Cherry Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh cherries, washed and pitted
  • 200 g of water
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 1 orange washed and with skin
  • 1 lemon washed and with skin
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1000 g of water

Preparation

  1. We put the 200 g of water, the sugar and the cherries in the glass. We program 18 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1. Without putting the beaker to favor evaporation. We can put the basket on top to avoid splashing.

  2. We pour the contents of the glass into a jug using a strainer and pressing to extract all the juice from the cherry sauce.

    Let it cold down.

  3. Without washing the glass, we introduce the orange and the lemon, along with the liter of water. We close the glass, hold the beaker and program closed cup speed, turbo, holding it for 2 seconds. We turn the speed selector to the open glass position and insert the basket, holding it with the spatula.

    Pour the lemonade over the cherry syrup and add the ice, stirring well.

    Hello Silvia, your recipe has caught my attention and I would like to make it, but I have a doubt, I don't know what the "closed glass and open glass speed" is. I have the T-21, is that why?
    I thank you in advance and I hope you answer me, I also congratulate you for your wonderful work on the blog, because I love your recipes, I have made many of them.

      Perhaps explaining it has not been too clear. You just have to close your glass well and press the turbo button for about 2 seconds, then open the glass and insert the basket to strain the lemonade into a jug with ice. I hope you understand it better that way.
