Marbled cheesecake

thermomix dessert recipe marbled cheesecake

A few days ago my aunt invited me to celebrate the from my cousin Marta. I knew that between them there would be a lot of food but still I told him well I would take a cake.

I was happy because I could choose any pie since for my cousin it would be a novelty. She is not usually at the meetings because she works in Equatorial Guinea and only comes here on vacation. (Yes, my cousin is the one who went out in Madrid around the world teaching Malabo ... when she sees this she will kill me) 😀

So right away I launched into preparing this delight. I thought it looked great and what enters my eyes does not usually fail me! So, this time he played "Marbled Cheesecake", it is called like that (or so I think) because it is a cream cheese with black and white chocolate that when mixing it seems to make marble effect.

This is very good, it is very soft and did not cloak anything. It was a resounding success. The basis is with Oreo® cookies and butter and decorated with cat tongue cookies around, with balls of three chocolates on top. Although the decoration can be done to your liking.

As the occasion presents itself, I want dedicate this recipe to my cousin Marta, who although she is a little far away, we always feel her very close.

Vanilla custard? When do you take them? You have not put the yogurt in the ingredients ... I would like to make it but I see it a bit messy ... The cheese does not curdle to mix the chocolate ... how do you add the gelatin before the chocolate

    1.    Silvia said

Forgive guys, I think I should not have explained it very well, if there are these doubts. I was wrong about the yogurt. The original recipe put vanilla yogurt and since it was difficult for me to find it, I changed it for vanilla-flavored custard and with that it was very rich. (I have already modified it in the recipe).

The gelatin is poured into the mixture of cheese, cream and custard in the thermomix glass and when we remove it we put this mixture in two bowls to mix the white cocholate and the fondant in the other.

I hope I have clarified these doubts for you. All the best

  2.   begonia said

I have the same doubts, but you could not put a photo of the cut of the cake to see how the color mix is. Thank you very much, the idea seems very appealing.

    1.    Silvia said

Begoña, as soon as I do it again, I will take a photo of the cut. I have modified the recipe to make the explanation easier.

  3.   Pink said

Hello Silvia, it looks very good, but as Raquel says, the ingredients do not include yogurt, is it natural sweetened, without sugar, Greek ...? and the custard you mean the envelopes of powdered custard, they have to be done already…. I do not know. Please clarify the doubts, that it looks like….
Thanks for your recipes, I love the blog.

Rosa, I bought them, you already add the custards but you can make them yourself beforehand.

      1.    Pink said

Now yes, thank you very much !!! Let's see if the weekend I do it and I'll tell you, but it looks like it…. great !!!!! Thanks

  4.   risell said

Hello, it is quick to make but I also see it a bit messy, in the end in the mold you add the complete mixture of the bowls, right?

    1.    Silvia said

But we are adding them little by little, a few tablespoons of the white chocolate mixture and other tablespoons of the chocolate fondant mixture and thus they are moving a little carefully to make the marble effect.

  5.   Anna said

Hi, it looks great and I think I'll make it for this weekend. But I ask you the same as Rosa and Raquel, when you say yogurt you mean custard, and custard with powder or those that are already made. I hope you answer us soon and give me time to do it for the weekend. Thanks.

    1.    Silvia said

Ana, the custard that I put on her was bought, already made. Look again at the recipe that I tried to improve the explanation to make it easier.

  6.   PRINTS said

Hello, good looking, but I think that the yogurt does not appear in the ingredients,…. and I would also like you to clarify the ending ... Greetings.

    1.    Silvia said

I was wrong about the yogurt. The original recipe put vanilla yogurt and since it was difficult for me to find it, I changed it for vanilla-flavored custard and with that it was very rich. (I have already modified it in the recipe).

At the end, I mean that once we have the cream prepared (the one with the cheese, sugar, custard and cream), we put it divided into two bowls. And to each one we add a chocolate. Then add tablespoons of the white chocolate cream and the fondant chocolate cream to the mold and mix them carefully to create the marble effect.

  7.   Beli said

I think that when it says yogurt, it refers to the custards that are bought ……… If not, please clarify. And what about melting the chocolates, do you mean the ones we made at the beginning with fondant and white chocolate ????. It looks scary, but it has to clear up a few things hahahahaha. Thanks for the recipes, they are all great.

    1.    Silvia said

If Beli, you were right, the yogurt thing was a confusion and I was referring to the custard and the melting of the chocolates were the ones from the beginning, to be added to the cream cheese, sugar, custard and cream. That we will have divided into two bowls and thus each chocolate is added to the cake mold by tablespoons little by little so that they are mixed making a "marble" effect.

  8.   masaid said

It looks very good, when I have to go to someone's house for dinner or the next celebration I think I will do it. So I do very well. I guess the yogurt thing is actually the custard. Thank you very much for sharing it.

    1.    Silvia said

Yes, the yogurt was the custard, I was wrong. Try it this great.

  9.   piluka said

How rich !!! It has to be exquisite, I take note of it.
    Kisses

    1.    Silvia said

Dare to try it, which although it seems a bit confusing, in the end it is simple and it is very good.

A delicious cake, I made the recipe when I saw it in the magazine too and you are right about the butter, I put the recipe as the recipe and the base came out too liquid.

  12.   Goods said

Hello ... I also plan to make it this Saturday for the family reunion but I have the same doubts, I understand that the custard / yogurt would have to be the same, but they are very different flavors and today it is not so common to find vanilla yogurt .. and it also gives me that it will give me a bit of a can to have the chocolate ready with the jelly so that it does not curdle .. I will try this Saturday anyway, if anyone knows about the custard / yogurt that we clarify please ...
Thank you and good luck to everyone

    1.    Silvia said

Merce, I have modified the recipe a bit to make it clearer and if the yogurt and custard thing had confused me. It is already correct. Greetings and I hope it turns out great.

    I want steels a Question:
Could you send me lines for (diabetics) lots of fun and until soon.

    1.    Silvia said

The vast majority of sweet recipes can be made with diabetic sweetener. This Christmas I even made the roscón de reyes for my grandmother, who is diabetic. There is an apple pie without sugar in the index that comes out very good. All the best

The cream, do we have to whip it or do we add it directly from the brick without whipping it?

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

It is added directly without mounting Nina.

  20.   Suzanne said

    Hello…..

But what does this cake look like… ..I love this blog hehehee good to have Monday is my birthday and I will make a snack at home… ..and I will make this cake… .the only doubt is when you are pouring the spoons one of each…. k is the layer all mixed up, right ??? Or is it like that of the cake k it stays like a zebra hahahaha, it is that I want to do it well, it will not be that I mix and mix and mix everything so medium or rare hahaha

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Susana, the two creams (each one separately) should be well mixed, but when you put it on top of the cookies, you have to spread it but little, so that the two colors continue to be noticed.

  21.   Nuria said

Silvia I would like to know if instead of powdered neutral gelatin you could put gelatin plates. Thank you

    1.    Silvia said

Nuria, I have not tried but I imagine you can put the sheets in water and then add it, although the mixture is cold and I don't know if it needs that heat jelly, so maybe it can't be with sheets.

  22.   Mari said

I found this website by chance on Friday and I loved the recipes I saw, including this one for the cake and of course on Saturday I got down to work! As I did not find powdered gelatin, I looked for the equivalence with that of sheets and I do not know where I read that it was an envelope for a sheet, so I do not know if that was the error but it did not come out too curd, it was disassembled a little when chopping it was rather creamy Yes, it tasted perfect, my guests loved it, in fact they all repeated hehe the next time and I thought about substituting the gelatin for curd to see if it is more consistent, but without a doubt I recommend 100% this recipe is very easy to make! Greetings and congratulations for the blog.

    1.    Silvia said

Mary, with your comment you have given me the idea of making it in individual glasses and little set as if it were a mousse.

      1.    mari said

Ideal Silvia, the texture was more like a mousse.

  23.   rakel said

hello, does anyone know where you can buy the balls to decorate the cake? Thank you so much

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

In the large Alcampo or Carrefour surfaces you can already find little things to decorate cakes, cookies or cupcakes.

Anyway, do not cut the decoration because you can put whatever you want!

  24.   paola said

    Hola!

I made your cake and we all loved it even though I ran into a few issues. When I added the cream and moved with the butterfly, I had dust on top, and very smart I said to myself, "I'm going to move it a little more" and when I realized the cream had gone down, ays! and then I thought I had powdered gelatin and I only had one envelope so it didn't curdle me enough ... in short, we really liked the taste, although next time I would do it only with white chocolate, that mixture is delicious, and I have seen the mouse in glasses, great idea!

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hahaha Paola, the important thing is that in the end it turned out well and you managed to fix it, that's the most important thing. The cream is very delicate and if we keep crushing it ... it becomes liquid in a matter of seconds. Thanks for your comment!

  25.   Trini said

Hello Elena and Silvia I love your recipes, because I am a fan of thermomix, I keep them all in a folder, but sometimes I look for one and I don't know where I have it, one day I saw a cake that I don't remember its name, I think It was typical of Portugal, I only know that it had ground biscuit on top, and it seems to me that cream, jelly or curd, I don't remember, what head is mine, please if you know what cake I say I would like you to send it to me if it is not much annoyance, a kiss and keep it up.

    1.    Silvia said

Trini, I know what recipe you say, now I put the link. Even so, when something like this happens to you, go to the index and click on the «T» of cakes and as the photos come out, you will see it immediately and you remember.

I can't find the powdered gelatin, can I put it in sheets and how many do I add?

    1.    MARIA said

I found powdered gelatin in supermarkets more and more

      1.    Virtues said

Hello Maria, in almost all chain supermarkets, they usually have ...

    2.    Silvia said

Fatima, I have not tried and the truth, that as it is added cold and it only mixes a little because I do not know what it would be like.

  27.   Mª Jesus said

    Hello
Could you use curd ?? and how would it be? 1 envelope or two and when I would put it.
Thank you very much for everything, let's see if it turns out good, I'm going to do it for my son's birthday, which is tomorrow.
    Kisses

    1.    Silvia said

Mª Jesus, it would not be possible because the cream that is made with the ingredients is mixed cold and the curd in sachets would have to be mixed with temperature.

      1.    Mª Jesus said

Hello Silvia, I made the cake on Saturday and it did not come out well, it was the neutral gelatin, I dissolved it as you put it and it curdled without mixing with the cream, so on the one hand the cream did not curdle and on the other there were gelatin bumps, are you sure that so much powder dissolves with just four tablespoons of water? is that it seems very strange ...

        1.    patricia said

It happened to me the same ... what a shame! With the good look it had!

          1.    Virtues said

Hi PAtricia, have you tried again?

  28.   Chris G. said

    Hello Silvia,
I loved the look of this cake, and since the whole family will get together tomorrow, I'm going to dare to make it. I only have one question and I hope your answer comes in time (and if not, for the next time, it sure won't be the last), where did you buy the chocolate balls to decorate? And the powdered gelatin? reading that with the sheets who has tried them has not had much success, and I would like it to come out as well as possible.
Well, once again I say goodbye with a kiss and thanking you for your dedication and patience. I'll tell you how….

    1.    Silvia said

Sorry Cristina because I have not arrived in time to see your question. But even so, I tell you that I bought the balls and yeast at the supercor, although they also sell it at carrefour, alcampo and hipercor.

    Hola!
I would like to make this cake, but I have doubts when it comes to how to add the two mixtures. Would it be like the one with 3 chocolates? one on top of the other and then mix it up a bit? so when cutting the two colors would be seen, or take a little mixture of each flavor and mix? what a mess! he he
    Greetings and thank you!

    1.    Silvia said

Nieves, I spooned a little mixture of each one and then mixed it with a fork.

  30.   Diana said

Hello: I really liked the presentation of the cake and since it had a birthday I made it and the truth was I liked it a lot, but I had a problem when making it and that is that the white chocolate did not disappear, I put it on the micro as it says and it burned Then I put another one and I had to be looking to see but there was no way I would give up. How much is it a special chocolate? Thank you.

    1.    Silvia said

Diana, I used a normal chocolate, but you are right in that you have to put the chocolate to heat with a low temperature and be very careful because it burns immediately, even so I remember that it also cost me a little more to get rid of it than the dark chocolate .

  31.   carmen said

Very good, I did not find cat's tongues but the rest is great, the truth is that it is original, the only thing that the 4 tablespoons of water left me an insoluble jelly paste, add a little more water and the only thing that I did not do was done well just like that because the rest ... and today is my husband's birthday and he liked it a lot, thank you for putting the recipes

  32.   Rachel said

I have a question, does the cream have to mount? or does it look like a cream? thank you I love your blog

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Raquel, it is not possible to mount because it is not the only cream, it also has the cheese. It should be a thick and a little fluffy cream. Thank you for following us!

      1.    Rachel said

Thank you very much for the clarification, I did it yesterday and it did not curdle hehe, it did not come out, maybe because the jelly is kedo hard before putting it in the glass? Eske had never exo anything with neutral gelatin, I'm a novice with thermomix

  33.   Beatriz said

I would like to know how to do the speed in a thermomix T31 since it does not have speed 3 and 1/2, could you clarify that question? Thanks.

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Beatriz,

It has not been very clear to me which model you have but the one that we use the TM31. Anyway, the 3 1/2 speed is achieved by putting the speed selector between 3 and 4. I know that it is something very logical but between these numbers the speed changes from soft power to medium power.

I hope the help is useful to you.

      Kisses!
