I made it this past Sunday to celebrate the "Mother's Day" (By the way and first of all, congratulations to all the moms!) and we have loved it.
As long as I add cream I like to add a spoonful of cream cheese but I have never made it with a whole tub. It is perfect and very rich.
Is very fast to do because by using soletilla cakes we save the time of making and baking the sponge sheets. It can also be done with little sobaos.
