Liver with onions

This recipe for liver onions will delight you and accompanied by some fried potatoes is a second course or perfect dinner.

The truth is that I cannot give my own opinion on this recipe because it is the only food that I do not like, so I have had to turn to a very demanding taster: my husband. He really likes the liver and he used to do it from time to time but in a traditional way. So this recipe is fantastic because for me it is easy to prepare and he has loved it.

He commented to me that it was great, at its point and that the salsa it is to not stop dipping bread until finished ... a success!

    Hello!! I just made the recipe with chicken livers and they have come out undone, like a cream, I suppose it must be because they are more tender and the pieces are smaller, so I am thinking of eating them on a toast of bread because the smell and taste are quite a lot good ones. It happens to me sometimes, so it's normal, don't worry.
