This wonder cake lives up to its name, the truth is that It is delicious and it is not cloying at all. It is the typical layer cake that is easy to assemble and causes admiration.

I have done it on several occasions, but this last one has been my gift for father's day and the truth I loved that my dad repeated, you can tell he liked it. And as a daughter, those details always make you excited.

Es very simple to doThe only thing that, in order for it to set well, I like to make it without haste and leave it in the fridge overnight. On some occasion I have made it in the morning for a snack and we have noticed that it lacked time to set, and it even fell apart.

Trick

Of course, if you want this cake to have more consistency and it fits you perfectly, do not hesitate to add gelatin.

Use 2 sheets of neutral gelatin, hydrate them well and add them to the cream. As the layer cools it will take on more body.

And the best of all is that gelatin, being tasteless, does not take away any of the strawberry flavor.

How to decorate the cake?

To decorate the cake you can use Strawberry jam. And how alternative, you can prepare this syrup:

G strawberries 150

50 g of water

1 cup of sugar

The juice of 1/2 lemon.

We grind 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-7-10. Then we program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 4.

Let it cool and pour over the already curdled cake.

    It does not have strawberry jelly, I like it better with the flavor of cheese and curd. That pink tone has been taken from what the jam has drained and because I made it the day before and it has had time to take color.

When they have to curdle it is better to put them over time, such as milk, because otherwise it takes a long time for the thermomix to reach the temperature it needs to curdle and it would be necessary to put more minutes.
