Vegetable pie

Preparation

1. We need a mold to make our cake. The one I have used has a base that can hold 4 slices of sliced ​​bread (two on one side and two on the other). You can adapt the amounts of ingredients to the mold you have, what you should keep in mind is that the cake will have 3 layers of bread.

2. We put in the thermomix glass the 2 cans of tuna (if you want you can drain the oil into a can) and the tomato and mix 10 seconds, speed 3. We add salt to taste and if the tomato is very acidic we can add a pinch of sugar. We reserve in a bowl.

3. We give a quick water to the glass and mix the crab sticks, the lettuce cut into pieces and the mayonnaise (if you like, you can add a little bit of chives too) and crush 6 seconds, speed 4.

4. In the mold we put a first layer of bread, then we add the preparation of tuna. We put another layer of bread and press well so that it is well impregnated with the previous preparation. We add the preparation of the crab sticks and cover with another layer of bread. We press well again. We let it rest for 1 hour.

5. We unmold it on a plate or platter (it unmolds very easily just by turning it over. I put a plate on top of the mold and turn it upside down). We cover it with pink sauce.

6. We can decorate it with whatever we want. In the photo it is decorated with green and black olives, but you can put: prawns, boiled egg with slices, pickles, anchovies, grated carrots, asparagus, corn, peas ... whatever you like the most.
