Wellington-style pork tenderloin

Today's dish is a great idea to present at your table with that original touch. We have compiled the classic wellington style recipe, but with pork tenderloin.

We will make this recipe in a traditional way, without Thermomix, where we will sauté some mushrooms and add them to the puff pastry together with the Iberian pate.
