All the almond cookies today are a whim. They remind us that from now on we will be fully involved in Christmas and that we will be able to enjoy so rich sweets like the one we show you today.

They have a mild almond flavor and are great for coffee. Take them into account as a detail: if they invite you to eat and take them as a gift, you will be phenomenal.

Ingredients

  • 100 g almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g of sunflower oil
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 24 almonds (we will put one in each cookie)

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 170º.

  2. We put the 100 g of almonds in the glass. We crush them by programming 15 seconds, speed 10.

  3. We add the eggs, the oil, the sugar and the flour. We program 25 seconds, speed 5.

  4. We take portions of dough of about 20 g and we are forming balls. We place them on a baking dish that we will have previously covered with baking paper or a silicone mat.

  5. In the center of each ball we place an almond, pressing a little with your finger so that it fits well and so that the cookies are with the shape seen in the photo.

  6. Bake at 170º for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly golden.

  7. Let them cool before removing them from the oven tray.
