Antioxidant juice of cherries, strawberries and pear

Trick

So that the juices are fresh without having to add water and prevent the flavor from dissipating, you can use any of these tricks ... or all at the same time!
- Chop about 5 ice cubes to cool both the glass and the blades. Remove them before crushing the fruits.
-Keep all fruits in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
-Keep bottles or glasses in the fridge as well.

This way we will get some refreshing juices full of flavor.

Ingredients

• 50 g cherries
• G strawberries 150
• 1 pear not too green
• 1 dash of lemon

Preparation

1. We wash the fruit well. We pit the cherries and remove the peduncle from both strawberries and cherries. We remove the heart to the pear. If it is from organic production we can put it with skin. If not, better to peel it.

2. Add a splash of lemon and blend for 1 minute, speed 10.

3. We serve and consume right away.
