You have to try this apple and orange pie. It is terrific.

It's one of those sweets get ready in no time. Actually there are two steps of Thermomix, with that you can get an idea of how simple it is.

Imagine if it is easy that what will take us the longest will be peel and slice the fruit.

The apple that I have used is the golden but it will be just as delicious with other varieties.

It is surprising that it is so rich and that it is so easy to make.

Prepare a mold about 26 centimeters in diameter, smearing it with butter, oil or this mixture: non-stick for molds. We reserve it.
Preheat the mold to 180º.
Put the orange segments in the glass and program 10 seconds, speed 10. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
Add the cornstarch, flour, sugar, the two eggs, the oil and the yeast. we program 30 seconds, speed 4.
We peel the apples. Cut them into cubes and add them to the mixture. We integrate everything well with the spatula.
We put this mixture in the mold that we have prepared in advance.
Bake at 180º for approximately 40 minutes. After the first 30 minutes we can cover the cake with aluminum foil so that the surface does not burn.
