This recipe is great when we have a lot of apples at home. With very few ingredients we obtain a compote that will help us to make our desserts even more special.
In summer it is ideal to serve it with a little frozen. But we can also present it with yogurt, as we did with the apricot sauce.
And if we want to complicate it a little more, it can be used as a filling for a cake (I'll give you an example next day).

Simple recipe, made with apples in our Thermomix. Applesauce with cream ice cream is a perfect summer dessert.

Ingredients

400 g of apples (mine were golden but you can use another variety)
50 g of sugar
The juice of lemon 1 / 2
Ground cinnamon
Cream ice cream in tub

Preparation

We peel and core the apples. We put them in the glass. We shred 5 seconds, speed 4. We lower with the spatula what is left on the walls.
We add the sugar, the lemon juice and the cinnamon. We program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
We crush the compote during 10 seconds at speed 10.
We remove the compote from the glass and let it cool, first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator.
We serve our compote, very cold, along with the cream ice cream and decorate with cinnamon powder and / or some mint leaves.
