The recipe, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, is made from common vegetables such as celery, onions and potatoes that combined with the apple form a healthy and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • 130 g onion
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 110 g of potato
  • 40 g of celery
  • 600 g of golden apple
  • 400 g of vegetable broth
  • Sal Island
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the onions. We chop them during 3 seconds, speed 5. We lower the pieces towards the blades.

  2. Add the oil and fry for 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  3. While we wash and remove the core to the apples. We wash the peeled potatoes and celery, then remove the strings. And we chop these ingredients big.

  4. Next, we add them to the glass. We program 5 minutes, 100º, speed 1. Then add the broth and cook for 18 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  5. After the time is up, we let the temperature drop a little and we grind for 1 minute, with progressive speed 5-7-9. if necessary, we rectify with salt.

  6. Serve in bowls or plates and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.

Notes

If you like acidic flavors, swap half the golden apples for green apples.

    Very rich the cream !! Although I have changed the celery for the leek, also ground peppers, it is what I had in the fridge and it is delicious. I have pending next week to try it with celery that I am sure I will love with that more oriental flavor. Thank you!!!

      Hello Patri,

      The recipe is prepared for 3 people but if you add a little more potato and apple you will have another extra portion.

      I would not freeze the cream because it contains potatoes and, they say, when defrosting it loses its original texture. Do not ask me why since I am not a lover of freezing creams, they are so quick to make that I do them at the moment.
