Apricot and apple clafoutis

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 180º. We grease a 25 cm diameter mold and reserve.

2. We put a container on the lid. We press the scale button and weigh the milk. We booked.

3. We put the butterfly on the blades and beat the 3 eggs during 1 minute at speed 3.

4. Add the sifted flour, sugar and cinnamon. We beat 15 seconds, speed 2.

5. We remove the butterfly, we program 1 minute, speed 2 and, without putting the beaker, we are pouring the milk into the lid so that it falls little by little through the nozzle.

6. We peel the apple and cut it into small squares. We add them to the glass and mix them for 10 seconds, speed 2.

7. We pour the mixture into the mold that we had prepared. Peel the apricots, cut them in half and remove the pit. We distribute the halves on the surface, placing them with the cut down.

8. We put the mold in the preheated oven and let it cook for about 45 minutes. After time we check with a toothpick or skewer that it is well cooked. We remove and let cool.

9. Before serving, we decorate it with the almond slices.
