Artichoke pesto

Today we are going to do a artichoke pesto. We can still find them in the market so let's take advantage of it.

To make this pesto we will also need almonds, Parmesan and parsley. The artichokes, together with a clove of garlic, will be cooked in our Thermo. The rest of the ingredients will go raw.

You can serve it with long or short pasta, or use it, for example, to make a lasagna like this, replacing the pesto that we showed you there for this other artichoke.
