Bagels with tuna, mayonnaise and lettuce

Do you like bagels? Preparing them at home with our Thermomix is simple. It is demonstrated in today's video recipes.

These hole-in-the-hole muffins are often passed through boiling water before baking. To simplify the recipe, we are going to bake them directly, yes, putting water on a tray that we will place directly at the base of the oven. Thus we will generate steam.

We will make these bagels with tuna, mayonnaise and lettuce, one of my favorite sandwich fillings. But do not hesitate to fill them with other ingredients. They look good with everything, either sweet or salty.

Good! I see that the quantities are for 8 servings (8 bagels), can I freeze the dough for another day or is it better to directly freeze the bagels already made? I hope someone answers me because I always keep talking to myself. Thanks

Hello, Ananda. I prefer to freeze them once they are baked. So I don't stain anything afterwards and we can consume them almost immediately.
