Sandwich fillings

sandwich pasta

I propose some fillings for sandwiches, which can complete lunch or a snack if you are thinking of complying with the tradition and going out to the fields or mountains to eat the monkey on this Easter Sunday.

I bring you three different fillings for sandwiches: Turkey and apple, of argula and roquefort and de tuna with walnuts in port. The latter are based on Philadelphia-type spreadable cheese. It is important that it be as similar as possible to this brand, consistent and creamy so that the paste is solid and easy to spread. If you want more variety, in thermorecetas we also have that of roquefort and apple and of chicken with mayonnaise.

    Hi, thanks for the recipes!
Do you know if once done you can freeze the mixture? Thanks ?

      Hello Nayara:
I have never frozen them. However, the turkey and apple you shouldn't because it has mayonnaise and, it is possible, that when it thaws it will spoil the texture.

With the others you should not have problems.

      Kisses!!
