Hi Georgina, let it cool completely and you can cut it into 2 or 3 pieces and put it in a zip bag. You freeze it and voila. Then you can let it defrost at room temperature, you can bake it frozen in the oven directly or do it in the microwave (frozen you put it in the microwave, you give the defrost function about 30 seconds on each side until it is soft and then you grill 1 : 30 min on each side).

Hi! If it says that 6 units come out, why then does it say that baguettes are formed? I'm going to do them and I don't know which of the two options to follow. Thanks in advance

Hello Josefina, it does lead to confusion. We wanted to put 6 people and 3 baguettes thinking that more or less one person would eat 1/2 baguette. But we change it so that the quantities appear 3 units and thus there is no confusion. Thanks for the warning! And thank you also for following us 🙂
