I put greaseproof paper on a tray, put them on top, one side by side, and put them like that in the freezer. The next day, once they are frozen, I put them in plastic bags. So then I can get the ones I need and they don't stick to each other.

Made like this, they look like the photo ... think that cornstarch is thicker than flour. At first it seems that the dough is too soft but then, when it cools, it becomes thick. If for safety you want to put a little more flour you can do it, they will also look good on you.
