Banana and apple ice cream

Make a banana ice cream With ingredients that we have at home it is very easy. We just have to keep in mind that some of them we have to put in the freezer in advance. The good thing about this ice cream is that, once everything is frozen, we can prepare it right away.

In advance we have to peel the bananas, chop them and freeze them. We will do the same with the apple. And we will put the two yogurts, as is (with its container) in the freezer.

That part is the most “complicated” because our Thermomix takes care of the rest.

If after serving the ice cream you have a little left over, do not hesitate to put it in a tupperware and keep it in the freezer. When you want again you will see that, surprisingly, it has ice cream texture.

This is one of those recipes with which we can take advantage of ripe bananas. But we have others, like banana bites or the banana and chocolate cream.

A homemade banana and apple ice cream. Ideal for children.

Ingredients

• 100 g de azúcar blanquilla
• 4 ripe bananas, frozen in small pieces (300 grams)
• 2 apples, peeled and frozen in wedges
• 2 natural or banana yogurts of 125 g each, frozen
• 1 lemon yoghurt 125 g, not frozen
• 1 banana to decorate

Preparation

1. We put the sugar in the glass. We program 15 seconds, speed 10. We wait a few seconds and lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

2. We add the frozen banana, the frozen apple and the two frozen yogurts. We program 15 seconds, speed 8.

3. Now add the lemon yogurt and program 50 seconds, speed 5.

4. We serve immediately, if we want,  with a few slices of fresh banana.
