I really like this recipe because they come out, exactly, 4 fantastic puddings and they are done in a moment; you just have to grind, mix and cook. So I hope the Beginners dare to prepare it.

I don't recommend using green bananas because you don't get the same texture. I usually use the ones that are mature because they provide more sugar and flavor. And so, incidentally, we follow Ascen's recommendations in his recipe for plum cake and we don't throw anything away.

      Hi Alex:
      The consistency is given by the set of all the ingredients.
      If you don't want to add condensed milk, change the recipe and add 250 milk (vegetable milk also works) and add 30 g of sugar. They may take a little longer to set but they will look good, don't worry!
