This is one thermomix basics recipe, which for those of us who like to eat as healthy as possible, it is essential: grated cheese with thermomix. We will no longer have to buy bags of grated cheese, which many times we do not even know which cheeses have been grated (many times they are "dairy preparations", and even worse, if they contain chemicals that prevent the cheese from caking inside the bag.

We can also grate and mix our favorite cheeses, or those that are on sale or those that we have in the fridge pending to spend.

200 gr of cheese

Preparation

10 seconds, progressive speed 5-7-10.
5 seconds, speed 5.
If we are going to grate several cheeses, we must grate them according to their hardness, since a Parmesan is not the same as a tender Manchego. Therefore, we must start by adding the hardest and grate it. We remove it and add the next cheese and do the same with all the cheeses that we want to grate.
When we are removing them we can put them directly into a zip bag with the help of the basket (see image below).

It is important that the cheese is [b]very cold[/b], even better if we have put it in the freezer already chopped 30 minutes before.[br][br][br][b]STORAGE:[/b] You can put it inside a zip bag and store it in the [b]freezer[/b]well extended, so it will last for 6 months. As it is grated, we can take the desired amount without any problem when we need it. [br][br][br]We can also keep it in the [b]fridge[/b] in a tupperware or in a zip bag for a maximum of 15 days for hard cheeses and 7 days for soft cheeses.
