Do you want to know what my last favorite recipe is? You will not believe them but it is this basic recipe for precooked brown rice. Yes, I know you don't have much science but it's so practical that has me fascinated.

It's very simple, I prepare the Integral rice when I have time, I freeze it so I have it ready for when I'm in a rush. Also with these amounts I have for several servings which is doubly practical.

This basic precooked brown rice recipe lets me go more relaxedBecause when my schedule gets complicated I no longer overwhelm myself thinking about food. I just know that I can take out a bag and make one rich salad in a flat pleat.

It is very useful for large families as well as for small ones or those who live alone because it allows them make good use of time and energy.

The bags can be filled and frozen with the portions you want; for 1, 2 or more people. Personally I find it more practical to save them in individual servings Because that way you already have them ready without making it difficult for you to make sure that the number of diners matches the number of servings you have in the bags.
