For these Christmas days, I suggest you prepare a nougat bavaroise, an original dessert that combines the traditional nougat flavor with a new style of presentation.

The preparation is very simple, we simply have to make an English cream, mix it with whipped cream and nougat. All this is done in a jiffy thanks to our Thermomix.

But the best comes with the presentation. Nothing like using ones small cups… They are so fashionable !. So no one has to give up their dessert, no matter how succulent the lunch or dinner was.
