This is a recipe that has surprised me a lot. It was taught to me by my mother, who always likes to invent new things in the kitchen. Is very simple to do and you can leave your guests with their mouths open.

It is as simple as cooking some large beans or fabes and toast them in the pan with a spice mix. They are perfect to accompany meat or fish or as a simple snack. The bite is very pleasant because we have the crunchy skin toasted in the pan and covered with tasty spices and the smooth and creamy interior of a fabe. Delicious!
