Beef and corn burritos

These beef and corn burritos can be a fabulous recipe to use, to spend any cooked meat that we have beef, but it would also serve us with chicken or pork. For example, if we have cooked meat or stewed meat in sauce, it would work great for us. But, of course, you can cook veal specifically to prepare this recipe because it is delicious and very simple (you would only have to cook the veal in tacos for about 20 minutes in a pressure cooker or 40 minutes in a pot/thermomix).

We will give this dish the perfect touch with the tex-mex spices that we use to prepare burritos or enchiladas and also with other Mexican sauces that you like or have within your reach: for example chipotle chili sauce, tabasco, mole... and then , when we are assembling our burrito we can add more sauces to give it a more spicy touch (I really like the green tomato sauce for that final touch).

It is a very easy recipe because the ingredients are few and easy to get. In addition, you can leave the filling already made in advance (or even the day before) and assemble them at the last moment.
