Beef meatballs with pear tomato sauce

Veal dumplings

To make these beef meatballs we are only going to need our kitchen robot. They are not fried because we will cook them in the varoma, while the tomato sauce is cooking in the glass.

I have made them using only veal but you can adapt them to your tastes or needs. You can use a mixture of beef and pork or even just beef. chicken.

To make the tomato sauce I use preserved tomato, specifically the pear tomato that comes peeled and whole in the can. You will see how rich they are.
