It is a quick and very simple dish that is really worth making as a quick vegetable meal.

We will use a charcuterie chorizo, which after 20 minutes of cooking will be delicious. It is a type of chorizo ​​that I really like to cook. It is the typical horseshoe chorizo ​​that they sell as sausage and that can be eaten directly, for example in a sandwich, and also used to cook. It's delicious! And, as it is more cured, it does not release as much fat in the stews.
