Black olive bread and oregano bar

Olive and oregano bread

Since I prepared the orange miracle bread I have taken to making bread in the thermomix. Today I bring you a very good option to accompany appetizers, for example, cheese, ham, choricito... and toasted to accompany pâté, for example. It is a baguette-type bread but filled with black olives and oregano... an exquisite Mediterranean touch for our bread. This time it is a little more elaborate than the quick bread or miracle bread that I mentioned above, but the result is worth it. In fact, it is not complicated at all, you just have to be patient and respect the rising times. If we are in a hurry, it won't turn out well. Good bread is the one that is made with care?

I imagine that the olives are reserved. Continue with the recipe and then, before removing the dough from the thermomix, add the olives and oregano…. Knead another little bit and continue with the other steps. He will tell us…. A very good pint it has !!!!

Hello Anaxaret, oh sorry for the delay in answering, I have been so busy these days that I could not get a hole ... well we put the olives first but it is not necessary to reserve them, they will be kneaded together with the flour. And the oregano, my mistake, is added at the same time as the flour and the salt (it is already corrected). I hope you like it!! 🙂
