A perfect dish for autumn that appeals to young and old alike. Because of its mild flavor, so juicy and squishy that are the meatballs, for the broth ... without a doubt, it is a good option for dinner.

In the video you will see all the steps to follow. One of the advantages of this recipe is that we will only use Thermomix . We will bite into it the pan, we will make the sauce, the mixture… And, while the broth is being prepared, we will cook the meatballs in the varoma.

So you know, if you have bread from yesterday or a few days ago today's recipe may be a good option to take advantage of it.

An ideal soup to take advantage of the bread that we have left from the previous day. Children like it very much.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of bread from the day before
  • 80 g of onion in pieces
  • Parsley
  • 25 butter g
  • 200g milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Sal Island
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 pork ribs
  • 60 g carrot
  • 30 g onion
  • 50 g of celery
  • 50 g pumpkin

Preparation

  1. We put the bread in the glass, in pieces. We bite it during a few seconds at speed 5 or 7, depending on how hard the bread is.

  2. We put the  chopped bread in a bowl and we reserve it.

  3. Without washing the glass, put the onion and parsley in it. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  4. We add the butter. We program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

  5. We incorporate the milk. We program 2 minutes, 60º, speed 1.

  6. Add the chopped bread, eggs, salt and nutmeg. We program 15 seconds, left turn, speed 3.

  7. We integrate with the spatula. Let it rest for a few minutes and mix again. We put our dough in a bowl and reserve it.

  8. We wash the glass. We put in it the water, the meat, the vegetables, the rest of the parsley and a little salt.

  9. We put greaseproof paper in the container and the varoma tray, without covering all the holes. With moistened hands we are forming balls with the bread dough that we have made. We put them in both containers.

  10. When they are formed we cover the glass and place the varoma, with its lid, in its position.

  11. We program 30 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  12. Strain the broth and serve it with the bread dumplings
