Let's prepare bread with pesto. It is a stuffed sliced bread, in this case with Genoese pesto.

Ingredients
- 290 g of water
- 18 g fresh baker's yeast
- 400 g of bread flour
- 160 g of durum wheat flour
- 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar
- 30 butter g
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of pesto
Preparation
Put the water, yeast, flour, sugar, butter and salt in the glass. we program 5 minutes, spike speed.
Let the dough rest inside the glass (or in a bowl, if we need to prepare other recipes) for approximately two hours, until we see that it has doubled in volume.
When the dough has grown, we stretch it with a rolling pin, forming a rectangle.
Spread the pesto on the dough.
We roll the bread.
We put a sheet of baking paper on the mold that we are going to use. We put our rolled bread in the mold, on the paper, and with the union at the bottom. We press the bread so that it occupies the entire base of the mold.
Let rise again, one or two hours, until it grows again.
We bake it at 200º, preheated oven, for about 35 minutes.
