If you have kids at home, prepare this battered chicken and with lemon sauce. You are going to surprise them, and for the better. You have the video of the recipe a little below. In it you will see how to prepare the sauce with which we are going to cover the meat. Also how to prepare the batter and how to fry the fillets (for this step we have no choice but to use a frying pan).

Surely you will remember this lemon sauce and white wine next time you make nuggets. It is made in just four minutes, with few and very basic ingredients.

As to breaded, we are going to do it with egg, flour, salt and pepper. Of course, it can be prepared without using Thermomix ... but with our machine there is a homogeneous mixture and with little effort on our part.

Some great chicken fillets. The sauce is also great for nuggets and the batter can be taken into account to prepare other meats and even for fish fillets.

Ingredients

For la salsa:

  • 40 g of white wine
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • 120 g of water
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 50 g of sugar
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon and some slices to decorate
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

For the battered chicken:

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g flour
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • 8 chicken fillets

Plus:

  • Plentiful oil for frying

Preparation

  1. To make the sauce, we put the white wine, the brandy, the water, the vinegar, the sugar, the lemon juice and the cornstarch in the glass. We program 4 minutes, 100º, speed 3. 

  2. We pour our sauce into a bowl, put a lemon wedge on it and reserve it.

  3. We wash and dry the glass.

  4. To prepare the batter, put the eggs, the flour, a little salt and a little ground pepper in the clean and dry glass. We program 15 seconds, speed 3. We put this mixture in a small source or in a bowl.

  5. Now we can coat and fry the chicken. To do this, we put plenty of oil in a pan and place it on the stove. We salt and pepper the fillets, we pass them through the mixture that we have just prepared and we fry them in abundant and very hot oil.

  6. We serve our chicken fillets battered with the lemon sauce.

Notes

If you want to make less quantity, you will only have to reduce the ingredients by half. In that case, to prepare the sauce, program 3 minutes instead of 4.
