Chicken Nuggets

These Chicken Nuggets They seem to be recommended and that is not good ... but there are children who prefer those flavors.

Mine my boys say they are better than the McDonald's and they are right. They are richer and have the advantage that the ingredients are decided by us.

Try them because you will love them. The dough has chicken, mustard and soy sauce and the breaded it is very crispy.

Irresistible chicken nuggets perfect for the little ones in the house. They look like the McDonalds but ours are homemade.

Ingredients

  • 640 g of chicken breast
  • 3 slices of bread (90 g)
  • Sal Island
  • 25 g soy sauce
  • 70 g onion
  • 15 g mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • 1 egg

For the breading:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g milk
  • 4 g of yeast type Royal
  • 6 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • Bread crumbs

To fry:

  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. If we do not have breadcrumbs we start the recipe grating it. We put it in a bowl or deep plate.

  2. We put the chicken in pieces with the onion in the glass. We grind with 5 turbo strokes.

  3. We add the soy, salt, mustard, bread and egg. We mix again for 10 seconds at speed 10. We take out and reserve.

  4. We put the flour, the egg, the milk, the yeast and the oil in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 4. We remove to a bowl and reserve.

  5. We make balls with the previous mixture of about 30 g approximately. We crush them a little with wet hands so that they do not sin us. We pass them through the mixture of flour, milk, oil and egg and then through the breadcrumbs.

  6. We fry in abundant olive oil.

Notes

There are approximately 30 units.[br]If the bread is very hard, we can soak it in milk before starting the recipe.

      It is added together with the mustard, the egg ... it is already corrected in the recipe.

    Hello. I still do not see the 90 grams of bread from the beginning. Is that the bread we scratch? Or is it ground bread that is crushed together with the breast?

      Hello Beatriz,
      Now yes ... it was a matter of connection 🙁
      The idea is to put those 90 g of bread together with the rest of the ingredients (the egg, the mustard ...). If the bread is stale it is better that you first dip it in milk.
      The breadcrumbs (which appears in the ingredients of the batter) is for breading the nuggets.
