Broccoli and ham lasagna

Preparation

1. We put the ham in the glass and chop 6 seconds, speed 4. We remove to a bowl and reserve.

2. We put the water in the glass. We place the Varoma container in its position with the broccoli. Cover the Varoma and program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

   We remove the Varoma and add a little salt to the broccoli. We reserve and empty the glass.

3. We preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

4. We put the onion, garlic and oil in the glass. We chop 2 seconds, speed 5 and we cook 5 minutes, temperature 120 ° C, speed 1.

5. Add the cream, milk, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, walnuts, 2 pinches of salt, nutmeg and pepper. We mix 10 seconds, left turn, speed 3.

6. We put 5-6 tablespoons of the mixture from the glass in a refractory source of approx. 20 × 30 cm.

   We place 3 or 4 plates of lasagna (according to the chosen size) and we add? part of the mixing in the glass.

   We put half of the broccoli on the cream, crumble it with our fingers and add half of the ham.

   Cover with another 3-4 plates of lasagna and bathe with half of the mixture from the glass.

   Spread the remaining broccoli and ham on top and cover with another 3-4 plates of lasagna.

   We bathe with the remaining cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

7. Bake 20 minutes at 180º. Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes and cut to serve.
