Broccoli cream with basil aroma

We already knew the recipe that Elena de cream of broccoli, but today I want to teach you another version of that cream that I liked a lot at home.

We are very fond of creams and with Thermomix even more, that texture that it gives them is unmatched. Plus, it's a great way to eat vegetables and use "restillos" that are left by the refrigerator. I hope you like it!!
