Chocolate cake with rice flour

A very easy brownie that even people can have celiac. It is made with rice flour and cornstarch, without wheat flour, without yeast and even without dairy.

It is not as high as traditional cakes but the flavor is also great. And it is that, with the chocolate it is difficult for a sweet to look bad.

You can make rice flour at home, with your Thermomix, or you can buy it already ready because it is easily found. With it we can make a lot of recipes, both sweets -like these cookies-, like salty - like this rice cream for the smallest of the house.

Doesn't this cake have yeast in it?

      Hello Sea,
No, it does not contain yeast. But it is not too noticeable since the whites mounted make it fluffy.
      A hug!

Ascen, rice flour is made with thermomix like chickpea, right?
By the way, the chickpea flour, to coat little fish, is very good.
Thanks to your page, I'm making "chas" the thermomix.

      Hi Nuria,
Yes, with Thermomix you can make it but they also sell it.
I take note of the little fish. I like chickpeas to make false tortillas ... let's see if one day I'll publish the recipe 😉
      A hug!

Hello Ascen! Yesterday I made the cake and it came out great! I have some doubts: the dough is very thick and a little difficult to handle ... wouldn't a little more milk be better? 15gr seems so little! The same then it is also a little fluffier .. what do you think? Delicious anyway huh? Bravo!

      Hello barbara,
Thanks for your comment. I'm glad it was so tasty 🙂 When that happens, add a little more liquid (milk in this case) and mix everything well before pouring the dough into the mold. Sometimes the type of flour or milk makes the end result different. As you say, for 15 g more nothing will happen 😉
      Kisses!
