Today's fritters are prepared with baker's yeast. The dough we obtain resembles bread dough although, in this case, it is much more liquid. Are some olive fritters greens and anchovies because those will be the surprises that we will find inside.
As in any dough, the ingredients we will use are very basic: water, fresh baker's yeast, flour, salt and a little sugar. We are also going to add a splash of olive oil.
If you can, serve them fresh made. They will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
