Cabbage strudel
A great way to bring cabbage to the table. With this strudel you will surprise everyone, because of how attractive the dish is and how rich it is.

Ingredients
- 1 cabbage (about 600 g already clean and without trunk)
- 100 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g of diced cooked ham
- Sal Island
- Pepper or nutmeg
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 6 slices of Serrano ham (approximately)
- 1 little egg to paint the puff pastry
Preparation
We cut half the cabbage into pieces and put them in the glass. We chop it up by programming 3 seconds, speed 4. We take out in a bowl and reserve. We do the same with the other half of the cabbage and reserve it together with the above.
We put the oil in the glass and program 3 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1. Add the diced cooked ham and program 2 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.
Add the cabbage, salt and pepper (which we can substitute for nutmeg). We program 15 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed.
Unroll the puff pastry sheet and place the slices of Serrano ham as it appears in the preparation photo.
When the cabbage is ready, drain it well with the help of the basket. We place it in the center of the dough, on the ham (see photo) and make the roll.
We place the union at the bottom and with a fork we prick the puff pastry. We paint it with the beaten egg.
Bake at 200º (preheated oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
