It is a joy to prepare cabbage in Thermomix. It is cooked and sautéed at the same time, without the need to get the pot or the pan dirty.
I have wanted to soften this vegetable by adding apple and potato. And it is so delicious. I have given up putting bacon or ham cubes (so it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians) but not our paprika de la vera.
Serves as a first course and also as Garrison. As you can imagine, it looks great with chickpeas from Cooked.

I never thought that I would rate a plate with cabbage with 5 stars ... Well, there I am! My husband and my oldest daughter hate cabbage and they have loved it and the one year old has tried it for the first time and don't see what parties. We try to eat seasonal fruits and vegetables and coming to March we are bored with broccoli, cauliflower and chard. So searching I found your recipe and what a hit. Done point by point the only thing 10 more minutes of cooking and a splash more of water since I saw it a bit raw. Many thanks for the work you do, you make my life a lot easier!
