Camembert casserole with dried tomatoes

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 200º with the grill.

2. We put the two garlic cloves in the Thermomix® and crush 4 seconds, speed 4.

   Add the dried tomatoes and program 4 seconds, speed 4. We remove and reserve in a glass.

   I like to find large pieces of tomato, but if you like them more chopped you can put it in for a second or two more.

3. We put the oven to heat to 200º with the grill.

4. We weigh the oil, for example in the goblet, and put it in the glass where we had the garlic and tomatoes. We let it rest until the oven has reached its temperature.

5. We remove the top lid from the cheese with a sharp knife and place it in an oven-safe casserole (in my case I used an old clay pot).

6. We pour the mixture over the cheese and put in the oven at medium height for approximately 10 minutes.

   It should bubble over the top and it should be well melted.

7. We serve it immediately with a nice bread to dip in the cheese. A delight!
