I have discovered your blog recently and I have to tell you that I am delighted because since then I feel that I am taking advantage of my machine. Your recipes are simple and they fit me well. Today I made the carrot cream and although it tastes good, it has been a bit runny. I have followed the steps to the letter. What do you think could have happened?

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Silvia, note that it is always too thick for me… what I do is just cover the vegetables with water one finger above the vegetables. But if you have runny that way, add less water and voila. That can then be rectified by adding water or milk. It does not fail like this!

Hello, a few weeks ago I bought the thermomix and I still have not mastered it, my model is the TM5 and, I have a doubt: when I put the mozarella cheese (it was bar) I had the cream as "cobbled" with mini pieces of the cheese, and the truth is that I have not known what to do to make it completely linked, could you tell me, please? Otherwise it was delicious!

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Mauque20, it is very rare because the mozzarella, regardless of whether it is bar or ball, must melt with the heat… keep in mind that we cook it for 5 minutes at 90º… are you sure you programmed that temperature for the last 5 minutes? Many times it happens to me that I turn on the machine and since I see that the temperature is already set, I forget to select the temperature again and then it does not heat 😛 Anyway, when that happens to you, grind it 30 seconds speed 5- 7-10 and you will see as not today no trace of the mozzarella. Thanks for writing to us!! And cheer up with the new thermomix, here we are for what you need. A hug 🙂
