But it is also low calorie (103 Kcal) and very easy of doing. Yesterday I made this delicious cream to eat, along with some mushroom veggie burgers or with a kiwi apple smoothie for dessert. We had a wonderful meal for 330 calories. So it's nice to be diet.

Hi Marta, it doesn't matter at all if you change it. The leek would give it a sweeter flavor, but very rich too. You can exchange them without problems 😉
