Carrot tartlets for coeliacs

carrot cake-2

Although in the title it says that you are carrot tartlets they are for celiacs, they are really perfectly valid for everyone. But I think people with celiac disease will be happy to see some cakes so easy to make and as delicious as these.
This is one of those cases in which the Thermomix cannot be replaced by a simple mixer. With her we will mash the rice so we will not need to buy any type of special flour. Have you noticed? Once again we use carrots to make pastry pieces. We already did it in this Light carrot cake and in the Carrot fritters.

Hello. I have a question. As the recipe uses yeast, is it necessary to fill the molds only up to a point? Or, in this case, they can be completely filled.
    Thank you very much.

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Marisa,
Better not fill them completely. Although they do not have yeast, the egg always makes them rise a little.
      I hope you like them.
      A hug!

    Hello Ascen,
Thank you very much for thinking about people with celiac disease!
I would point out that the yeast must be GLUTEN FREE.

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

Thanks to you, Carmen. Now I specify the specific thing 😉
      A hug!

Hello, could you tell me the ingredients without doing it with thermonuclear?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

The ingredients are the same making them with or without Thermomix. Buy the rice already mashed (rice flour) and use a mixer or another model of kitchen robot if you have it and you think it is convenient. They will also turn out very well.
      A hug!
