Noodle casserole with prawns and white fish

A plate to show off in such only 15 minutes! Actually, it was like an improvisation of food, because I had to leave something prepared and I had very little time so it occurred to me to make a fideuá ... but then I didn't have noodles for noodles, I only had angel hair type noodles and I thought, why not? So in the end, the original fideuá has turned into a delicious fideitos casserole dish that we have accompanied with fish. Very very tasty !!

Delicious casserole of fine noodles accompanied by prawns and cubes of white fish. Very easy and fast to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic
  • 50 g onion
  • 50 g of tomato paste
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 60 g of prawns
  • 50 g of angel hair noodles
  • 100 g of white fish (hake, cod ...)
  • 30 g of beer
  • 150 g of fish broth (or 150 g of water + 1/2 tablet of concentrate)

Preparation

  1. We put the garlic, onion, oil and tomato in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5 and then 8 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed.

  2. Add the prawns and fry them 2 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed, left turn.

  3. We add the noodles and toast them 1 minute, temperature 100º, spoon speed, left turn.

  4. Now add the beer and reprogram 1 minute, temperature 100º, spoon speed, left turn.

  5. Finally we put the fish in cubes and the broth. We program 2 minutes, temperature 100º, spoon speed, left turn.

Notes

If we are not going to take it immediately, a lot of broth will be absorbed, so it is convenient that we add 200 g of broth instead of 150 g.
