Cauliflower fritters

cauliflower-fritters-2-thermorecetas

It is not that I am in love with fried dough but I admit that from time to time I like to prepare fritters.

Pumpkin sweets o apple I like them but these in particular bring back many memories of when I was little, I loved eating them with homemade tomato sauce. And I was very excited to discover that my nephew also likes them. According to the form, he imagines different things; "Look aunt this looks like a brain and this one a claw."

I smile because while he is imagining things he is eating the cauliflower fritters. If I told you what they are made of, I'm sure I would put them aside but, for now, we have found one fun way to eat vegetables.

Can you make the dough in advance? Or does it have to be done right at the moment? Thanks

Being so quick to do, I recommend that you do it at the moment. On the other hand, if you make it in advance and it is too thick when preparing the fritters, you can reduce it by adding a little water.

      Regards!

Very good, I have loved them. Easy, you do them and they are rich at the moment but the next day more. Ideal for picnic tentenpies, thanks for the recipe.
